About Us About Us

Mount Vernon Memorial Park and Mortuary were established in 1965 by Foy Bryant. Situated on 49 acres distinguished by a well-kept lawn and a wonderful assortment of established trees, Mount Vernon provides a quiet place to honor the memory of your loved ones. As guests approach the main entrance, two large fountains, a statue of George Washington and a replica of the Liberty Bell welcome them. Our property also features a monument honoring those who were lost on September 11, 2001, a veterans garden including pillars and cannons, and our Four Gospels Garden featuring building-size mosaics.

Today, we are proud to be a member of the Dignity Memorial network of funeral, cremation, and cemetery service providers. Dignity Memorial providers offer exclusive benefits, including National Transferability of Prearranged Services, the Bereavement Travel Program, the 24-Hour Compassion Helpline, and access to an acclaimed grief management library. As North America's premier provider of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services, the Dignity Memorial brand is your assurance of quality, value, caring service, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
