Community Health Centers of America (CHCA) is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to underserved communities. Founded in 2019 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, CHCA’s mission is rooted in ensuring all individuals, regardless of income, have access to the care they need. With our origins in Mariposa County near Yosemite National Park, we have expanded our reach to include locations in Livingston and Gustine in California’s Central Valley. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (Look-Alike), recognized by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, CHCA has become a trusted healthcare provider for low-income families in the region.

At CHCA, we believe that health is a fundamental right, not a privilege. We are committed to serving our communities with compassion, offering a full range of services to meet the needs of our patients. We accept all forms of insurance, and for those without coverage, we provide sliding-scale discounts to ensure care is accessible to everyone.
